Termination and Refunds

Either the client or BDPRecruiting may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, services will cease immediately upon notice.

All payments made are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and any partial or full payments for services rendered or scheduled.

BDPRecruiting uses Paperbell as our secure client and payment management system. By purchasing  our services, you agree to allow us to add your information to the Paperbell platform for the sole purposes of managing client communications, scheduling, and processing payments.

By entering into an agreement with BDPRecruiting, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted Paperbell’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, as they govern how your data is handled within their system.
