About the Role
We are seeking driven two Football Recruiting Coordinators to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong football background who enjoy evaluating talent and building meaningful relationships with athletes and their families. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our process and guiding them toward a meeting with our Lead Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Review and accurately evaluate football film to assess athlete potential

Conduct conversations with athletes and families to understand their goals, challenges, and recruiting needs

Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and clear communication

Explain our services and guide families toward scheduling a meeting with our Lead Recruiter

Maintain organized notes, follow‑ups, and communication records

Represent our organization with professionalism and football expertise

Qualifications

Strong understanding of football fundamentals, terminology, and player evaluation

Experience playing, coaching, or working in a competitive football environment (FBS/FCS experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to families and student‑athletes

Confident, persuasive, and comfortable guiding conversations toward a decision

Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently

High integrity and a genuine desire to help families navigate the recruiting process
Football Advocacy Contractor
Position Type: Contract
Location: Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Advocacy Contractor to support our mission of helping athletes gain meaningful exposure throughout the recruiting process. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who have coached, recruited, or worked closely with college football staffs and possess strong, active relationships across the football landscape.

As an Advocacy Contractor, you will serve as the direct liaison between our organization and college coaches. Your primary responsibility is to advocate for our athletes by sharing their information, discussing their potential, and gathering honest feedback that can be delivered back to the athlete and their family.
This role requires professionalism, football expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize your established network of coaches, recruiting coordinators, and football staff to advocate for our athletes

Initiate outreach to programs to discuss athlete fit, interest, and evaluation

Share athlete film insights, background information, and relevant recruiting context

Gather detailed feedback from coaches and communicate it clearly to athletes and internal staff

Maintain accurate, organized notes on all conversations, feedback, and outcomes

Represent our organization with integrity, professionalism, and deep football knowledge

Qualifications

Extensive experience in coaching, recruiting, or football operations at the collegiate level

Strong, active relationships with coaches and recruiting personnel across multiple programs

Deep understanding of football evaluation, recruiting timelines, and program needs
