Bryan Payton
BDPRecruiting Co-Founder
Bryan Payton is most passionate about helping recruits and their families through the recruiting process. A former standout college football player at Indiana University from 2005 to 2009, Bryan boasts a remarkable 14-year tenure in college football recruiting, with nine years as a director of recruiting dedicated to the FBS level and additional experience coaching and recruiting spread across Division II and Division III programs.
Bryan possesses a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting landscape. Prior to his experience within recruiting offices, Bryan transitioned from the field to the sidelines, where he contributed his expertise to high school football coaching for a season at his alma mater Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, IN. Renowned as an expert film evaluator, relationship builder, and recruiting director, Bryan is committed to empowering recruits and their families, advocating for their agency in the recruitment process through comprehensive education, personalized guidance, and strategic support, ensuring informed decisions and optimal opportunities for success. He nurtures relationships with coaches and recruiting personnel in every FBS conference and every division of college football. He looks forward to helping you achieve your goals.
